So that you have mentioned many stages to creating one of these kinds of videos. I guess we start at the beginning, you mentioned preparation. Can you take us through that which means
Or even linkedin. Yeah. And so that's part of this prep preparatory stage, right? And what we're attempting to do is figure out, okay, here is what would work on Instagram. Now there's something or a hook that's a bit better on Facebook and here's something. So that you can actually have the meat of the material be exactly the same. But how you are actually shooting the movie, how it delivered is a tiny bit different. And where you planning that is, uh, you know, the different ways to really connect on platform.
Hey that Jamie here and on behalf of the Click [inaudible] staff, welcome back into our video series where we are talking video, but more specifically the kinds of video you should be creating to drive more gain and more cliquey worthy video views into your business. In the movie we discussed the state of this movie marketing market. When producing content, essentially what's working by now. So let's just say that you are trying to sell some mix. Okay. And you're attempting to sell it on interpersonal media. You've got some product or whatever. Okay. So tell me somebody that you truly know well. My own brother and David, um, besides Joey. Okay. So yourbrother David. Okay. Chris. Brother Chris. You're good. Uh, frankly, if you really want your video you will need to have of how you're going to distribute it, a prep stage. So back you are like, okay, who's going to share this video? How are you going to participate with them? You know, is it going to be done through advertisements organic or is it going to become a strategy where organic being done by you and adds together? Uh, for me, I love other channels on the market. I love pages on Facebook reason they will need to nourish the algorithm. They need to obtain their posts outreach. And so a lot of individuals are willing to talk about your video. Uh they are, they are able to cross post your video. And so it's like coming on their page and it is like an content it isn't theirs.
So that it's like getting those hooks. And two, there is those hooks within the movie. Like he got him, you have to reinforce whatever that name is. And I give that some thought. Um, and that the stage before you move onto the next step. But there is one other thing I really consider is what, what source of moderate are we going to use? Like is it likely to become a Instagram one than Facebook? Is it going to be much better on Twitter or on youtube? You know, like you have to examine the stage of that you are trying to achieve and what is likely to be the best way. Now, among the biggest errors, it is like, well I will just distribute it everywhere, you know, and you are creating a video trying to go on each stage and that is a massive mistake. Yeah. We are going to discuss the one sort of video so as to blow up your small business, you need, but not about what that movie is. We're also going to discuss create and how to structure that movie. Let's go.
Right. And something that I discovered is even when you have a video that is performing quite well, you know, um, the way in which the algorithm operates on Facebook and other things, it is like maybe in fourteen days or seven weeks you do a different cut and upload it, learn from what you have, all of the data that is there and say, okay, what should we edited this down since we had a kind of a fall off here. We include, you know, something to pull them visually here. Uh, you can do that. And, and in which you're in a position to perform it you're able to be successful because people will be inclined to forget what they saw, you understand, from six weeks ago.

Or if we think of players, maybe Mohamed Sala, he is, that Liverpool is greatest player could possibly be hitting scoring against United, I do not understand. Yeah, yeah, you are able to do clips that are different such as this. But even talking about they adore, you understand, Liverpool, right. And, and theessence behind it. Um, so I like to attempt and identify a couple things. All these are bullet points of what would that person that if he watches with movie with. And two, I really do research. Just like I wish to go out there and also know just how well I know someone, I am like, what's going on out there? I do a little research online seeking to see whether there's anything that's trending. Uh, particularly when it's handling the topic available. So like for Liverpool, is there anything that's going on that will be in the information that would be relevant to, to the movie today?

How you would then approach that. Yeah. We did lots of research ahead. We do a lot of preparation. Now we would like to begin executing on these things. There's a formula for every video, and uh and this formulation is what creators will need to create to themselves. And there's a couple of components for this formula it, that it is universal for everybody. The first one is, and that we already prepared for is a hook. We need to catch their attention. Now that hook differs on youtube versus Facebook. Allow me to give an example of that to you. Much like on youtube the hook will be just like five seconds. And on Facebook it's gonna be completely different because you are, you may have audio on or not. As you are kind of turning through their feed and you maybe have a maybe a second to three seconds.
And even on Instagram, it is likely to differ. And so considering that, it is similar to that hook is similar to the part that is most essential. And I'd really place a great deal of work and energy to attempt and work out how you are likely to captivate people's attention and how you suck them into the content. after that, after the hook, you may really reinforce your brandnew. Therefore, in case you have a brand, you might have a element. This is an optional item. Uh, it really depends on which kind of video content you're producing, you know, and, then two, you are moving into the meat of this content. Now here's something which I found over, you know, 40 some odd billion views. It is like folks have a tolerance to watch. And whether you've dropped in this category, I really don't know, but I, I've been around Facebook and I have never turned to the audio.
You've got two or three distinct versions of a video and you may test it to enjoy, like seriously what we do is we'll just throw a couple dollars behind it and and see how it converts. If it converts really well, you do not need to devote that much cash to work out if people really click on it, engage with it, how much they saw the video to see if it really works. And really connect with them on a psychological level and thus spending the time in post to making your video engage with the viewer, it gives you a greater chance for them to share.
When you truly have these bullet points of things which would really get there, get there, get them something that's going on, I then try to think of what value can you truly bring that person. So there is like three ways that you may attract value. Uh, with movie content you may expect, you can educate or educate, entertain, and sometimes when you are really good you can do all three in precisely the same time or you can get two of them. That's when you are really, really great once you're really giving it a lot of thought in it. Now that having been said, as soon as you do so, I attempt to determine what value you're going to attract to your planned audience. Yeah. And I try to bring those bullet points and bring some type of value. So whether it's like making loyalty to his team or speaking how bad the other group is, that's some value he'll really find.
Alright. So Chris, he loves football, right? Can he have a group? Liverpool. Liverpool. Okay. And is there an opposing team that it is only a competition? There the greatest ones. Manchester United, that everyone knows. Okay. So Liverpool, Manchester United. check here Okay. So there's heavy competition, like some friction. Okay. So first thing would be like, fine, if we're going to produce a movie, we have to have a purpose of that movie. The number two is that we need to identify our audience. Who Would we need watching this video? So I would say it'd be people who are like hardcore Liverpool. Okay. And we need to begin breaking down of some of the things which they, they kind of rally round that would have them excited. And what would be one of these things which you'd think, well, beating Manchester United scoring goals.
Well let us just target everybody that likes Liverpool, right? And let's target everybody that does not like Liverpool. And let's see if we can find some, a few things happening here. And should you infuse only a little bit of money, it will be quite interesting, although I believe that you could do that with . The outcomes. It's possible to get your silently. Definitely. So I believe anybody today features an overview or a blueprint to create not just a movie publication in, knowing what to create and to push that out there and, and those secrets, uh, pretty incredible. Um, but what I found is if you are able to hook them, if you are able to get that hook, while it's on Facebook, on Youtube, on Instagram, you actually have them for 20 minutes and then that 20 seconds should be your gold. It is like you need to reinforce that hook or you need to reinforce what your value proposition is to receive them in, whether it is a title or a thumbnail or however you're pulling them in to that video. You have to reinforce that since if you don't, you are going to get the hockey stick effect. That means the people who begin washing it begin to depart, you understand, and you are absolutely not going to get anybody watching it.
So Darryl, at the first video we discussed briefly on the type of video content you should be producing, what favor for anybody that didn't see that or just to refresh a few memories, what type of video? Which sort of movie is that if there's 1 video you should create as a business, um? Yeah, for me it's a societal video and just two to sort of take a bit further then, um, and kind of briefly remind everybody which sort of video that's. Can you describe what a video is, but also that sort of movie is so vital?
Yeah, for example, such as the movie portion of the video editing is so critical. It can either break or make a movie. It doesn't matter your script is. It doesn't matter your production and your camera is. The editing is where it the rubber meets the street to find out whether it is going to work or not. And for mepersonally, as soon as you're in a position to do it, it's worth the resources worth the moment. When you put it together, it is going to convert a lot higher. Um, and that at the end of the day, that is by far apart from homework, uh, you know, the prep stage and it is like the execution point to the editing is the most critical.
Now presumably you would take the content you just shot with Reese on your phone or whatever into an editing package or into a post production. I guess. Do you want to speak about everything you do in that stage yet? Prepared to disperse
It can sort of look like it's theirs. And that is a really, very important thing. So going back to your example that we said, hey, if we're going to actually make a movie about your brother along with his football team about Liverpool, whether it's bad or good or anything, I'd like make a list of every, uh, webpage on Facebook on Instagram that will be pro or con. Um, you know, that since that is who we want to target, that's who we want to contact. And believe it or not, you know, getting, uh, these connections with these people is a means to have enormous increase. And I found that if you can get like five or six or 10 stations or pages which are similar to yours that are willing to talk about your articles, I mean that explodes your, your expansion, that hastens yourown reach and you are going to have the perspectives that come with it if you actually have done a great job with your video.
So we have discussed the first phase of getting ready for a movie planning of movie. Then we proceeded to obviously production and making the video. So can speak a bit about
So if we speak about moving onto every platforms, I think this is, this is quite significant also. There are obviously I believe there are just two elements you may tell me. The largest one that we think of is that the proportion of the movie. Therefore, in the event that you create in 1 video, you have got to think about that transcribes into the other ones. But is there other, anything else you would type of need to be aware of if you're going to be generating content for state, Instagram or Facebook
So is that all for production? So with that, just to kind of move further into this, and would you load the movie at first to your page and then contact all of these are the pages to allow them to know it's never, or would you choose a different strategy? Yeah, so generally I really do this at the stage. I understand I, the videos come in so I reached out whatever or since it might require a couple of weeks to get ahold of everyone. If you share mine type item, uh, and who knows, maybe you're like, Hey, I will share your video. If you are doing PR crossposting 13, that is not a bad thing. Where the burden is uh, just to share a movie isn't. It and you have to give privileges to them Just like you have to cross post. And the same for, you know, you are posting their content, but that's kind of this key on Facebook.
However, the algorithm on youtube differently, you know, you would do it otherwise on, on Instagram and distinct on Twitter. But Facebook, I feel a lot of people which are watching this video need to capitalize on that and that is an easy way to sayhello look, if you can get this page that has a reach of let us say you know, 10,000 enjoys that they actually posted it, who knows how many of you is they are going to get. Um, also, and you reaches out to all these different pages at which it moves back to your video, and all the analytics gets. Yeah, it's really cool. No, that is cool. With approach that is mixed, like for me, I like organic, but you've infused it with, together with advertisements. Paid advertisements by far is the most effective way to get into in front of the right people. And if you understand what you're doing, it can be very, very effective. We are doing a video around Liverpool, right, if you do not know what you're doing, it's still be powerful as as soon as you say, fine?
It's like once you find something cool and you're like, hey, you gotta check out this. You know, we have to do that. We've got to that virtual word of mouth. Or when it is to sell products, we need to, you know, hit on the buy button right under the video or to push them into a landing page. Uh, you know or whether it is for inspirational it's just like something or a Hashtag to unite a cause, I mean the list goes on. You know, that may be one of the worst things you could ever do and before we do that, there is a good deal. And there are phases, like you mentioned, there is a point of preparation, there is a stage of production, there is a point of post production, and then there's a point for distribution. And every one of these stages are critical, uh, and they work in harmony together to get your video.
Yeah, that is logical. And as soon as you've been through those stages a few different occasions, I guess from looking at all these three phases, and you do different edits as well, which can be important as you say. And many of us might, you know, she movie, I've been guilty of this in the past and it'll throw up thinking it is prepared without stuff. But now I can see how important it is to perform different versions as when you find things that function, you may just continue following that blueprint repeatedly and over again.
